How to use Ideas

The Ideas object within your Salesforce.com CRM system is a great way of collecting peoples suggestions around what improvements you may want to consider making to your system. People can submit suggestions, vote for other suggestions they agree with and also comment on other suggestions.

It doesn’t have to be solely used for this though, you could use it as an ideas board for anything in your company. As an Admin, you can flag ideas with different status values such as ‘Under Consideration’, ‘Approved for Implementation’, etc. It’s a great way of staff being able to show their support for an initiative within the business as well as encouraging them to discover some of the additional features your Salesforce.com CRM system has to offer.
