We were previously using TaskRay, another native solution on the Salesforce Platform.
What challenges were you facing before using Mission Control?
Our previous solution did not provide the level of flexibility we required. We were struggling with a lack of transparency across the organization.
What options did you consider?
We specifically wanted a solution that was built natively on Salesforce. We considered continuing with TaskRay, but felt it too prohibitive given the level of flexibility we were looking for. We also considered Agile Accelerator.
How has Mission Control Helped?
Mission Control gave us a solid platform that we were able to customize to our needs. We now have access to a wide range of data to report on that helps track the performance of the business.
With the extensive features it offers, we’re now able to track more metrics, which has also improved the transparency issues we were previously experiencing.
The team at Mission Control have a pro-active roadmap, releasing new features frequently that continue to add greater value to our business.
What do you have planned going forward?
We will be looking to connect Mission Control to our Salesforce Customer Community. This will provide us with the ability to engage with our customers, providing them with direct access to project information and progress reports.
