Outline of position

Aprika is looking for talented Salesforce Developers to work as part of the Solution Development Team, delivering internal product development projects. Reporting to the Director of Application Development, this role will support the client services team to deliver the product development roadmap and will be instrumental in
ensuring technical solutions are engineered and executed in line with the quality standards required.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Existing Product Roadmap Development
  • Monitoring Roadmap Requirements
  • Scoping Technical Requirements
  • Technical Product Support
  • Product Maintenance, including Push Upgrades & Patches.

We are looking for Developers who have at least 2 years Salesforce.com experience, and are competent in the following key areas:

  • Apex
  • Visualforce
  • Lightning Design System
  • Aura Components
  • Lightning Web Components
  • Salesforce DX
  • Version Control

Experience with Lightning Web Components is essential.

Marketing Co-ordinator

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Co-ordinator with a keen interest in the tech sector and a solid understanding of software systems. You will be a fast learner who can hit the ground running in supporting our experienced Marketing team across digital, email, content and social media marketing.

Key responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing: Management of the content development (design and copy) and execution for social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter) and website updates (WordPress)
  • Email Marketing: Management of lead generation and marketing email campaigns utilising Salesforce applications for delivery.
  • Content Marketing: Support in the ideation and production of strategic content, including blog posts, website updates, eBooks and more.
  • Campaign delivery: Support in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including creative ideation, stakeholder management and event management.
  • General Administration: Management of reporting, researching, SEO tactics and supplier management.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2B Marketing role

Account Executive

Outline of position

The Account Executive will own the end-to-end sales process for Aprika’s range of SaaS-based applications. You will be responsible for lead generation, business development, product demonstrations, sales proposals, customer acquisition and customer success. You will proactively identify, pursue and create new business opportunities, as well as upsell and cross-sell existing clients.

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Account Executive with at least 24 months experience in a SaaS environment.  Our Account Executives work closely with prospective clients to position Mission Control to best solve their Project Management / Professional Services Automation (PSA) challenges.

Your ability to clearly and enthusiastically identify the client’s business requirements and articulate our value proposition and demonstrate our solution at a detailed level will be key to your success.

Having strong experience with Salesforce, Project Management and Professional Services will be considered a distinct advantage.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Grow and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts
  • Partner daily with the broader commercial team (professional services, product management, marketing, etc.) to close and support strategic opportunities.
  • Think critically about sales insights and data and experiment with new growth tactics
  • Define the client experience by building durable relationships, inspiring trust, and proposing innovative solutions to their problems.

Outline of position

The Customer Success Representative (CSR) will work with our client base directly to serve as the link between Aprika and the customer. The CSR is an instrumental role at Aprika, assisting our customers with the support and adoption of our Software-as-a-Service solutions.

The CSR will own the end-to-end support and value-add process for Aprika’s range of SaaS-based applications. You will be responsible for first-line support through a variety of channels, including email, phone, and online chat. You will also directly contribute to the growth of our products and company by focusing on customer lifetime value, driving product knowledge and minimising customer churn.

We are looking for someone with at least 6 months Salesforce.com experience, that is competent in the following key areas:

Customer Support

  • Manage Customer Support Tickets in timely manner
  • Provide exceptional support through multiple channels
  • Maintain high-level CSAT score

Knowledge Resource Development

  • Administer Knowledge Base Content
  • Administer Learning Portal Content
