There are two different quality assurance engagements offered by Audit9: The 360-degree Architecture Audit gives Salesforce® clients peace of mind by conducting a thorough, knowledgeable, and impartial review of the major risk areas and by adhering to best practises. With a goal to identifying risk or inefficiency linked to the solution design alternatives or build quality concerns connected to developing technical components, the Project Quality Checkpoint addresses all areas of a planned or existing Salesforce installation project. Aspects of the process can also be evaluated to spot departures from best practises. Each audit's structure will be determined by the target areas that the customer has specified, but it will typically include the integrity of the solution design, proper requirement-to-platform feature mapping, high-quality point-and-click building, and technical components.
