In order to consolidate all Salesforce practises for our clients within the Deutsche Telekom Group, Deutsche Telekom MMS GmbH established a Salesforce Cluster in 2015. The Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE) functions as a cross-functional matrix organisation throughout the business, combining Salesforce expertise and knowledge from business processes in sales, service, marketing, commerce, communities, encoding, and security. A team of 150 Trailblazers, including consultants, administrators, developers, project and service managers, and sales and marketing representatives, look after our clients and support Salesforce projects in big and medium-sized businesses across several industries. We really possess more than 350 Salesforce certifications, ensuring that we are up to date with all Salesforce cloud products.
