We are taking on the Salesforce projects by putting a lot of effort into the application of Agile methodology. Application of a project management methodology must be grounded in operational reality and, more importantly, must take into account the characteristics of the deliverables that must be developed. In light of the client's needs, we decided to approach the project using an Agile methodology. The Agile methodology works very well for managing incremental product release phases as well as situations when it is impossible to use proper planning and timing techniques since not all the information is available at the outset. Agile methodology is now prevalent in the majority of working groups due to its contemporary and highly flexible perspective. Contrary to conventional methods (such as "a cascata"), it does not need a fixed analysis from the start but rather calls for the team to be open to changes at all times.
