We have a precise, well-articulated, and structured process for working on each project. We begin with a discovery meeting to thoroughly understand each project, its goals, and the implementation plan. We then move on to the initial documentation and assign the consultants (Devs Functionals), the client contact person, the project manager (PM), and the people in charge of coordinating the work. We also specify the anticipated times for each stage, ensuring compliance. Using the AGILE Methodology, we submit each stage for approval before moving on with the development. During this time, we meet with the customer frequently to check in on the status of the work. We organise pre-release testing sessions in accordance with the status and record the final delivery with technical data and development specifics. Finally, we arrange a meeting to put the need into practise and evaluate the outcomes while producing reports on each project. We set up sessions for knowledge sharing related to the project we create if the customer requests it.
