As an extension of your internal team, we are a group of passionate Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud developers, architects, and admins. We provide agencies and partners with implementation, development, integration, training, and support services at hourly rates or set project costs. As an overflow for your internal team, we will typically: -Conduct technical consultations, designs, and discovery sessions -Perform implementation and/or support duties -Construct online and mobile applications that are linked with the Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud) based on needs. -Provide the development team with best practises and guidelines for their work. -Design and conduct training courses that are specifically tailored for each customer. -Act as your team's main technical point of contact with customers and other stakeholders. Prepare technical and functional documentation, including a backlog and roadmap. -Supervise planned deliverables in accordance with the scope specified in the Statement of Work(s). -Evaluate and record current implementations -Support ongoing teams and implementations We assist our clients internationally and are based in Miami.
