We have successfully managed sizable teams and operated enterprises for the past 25 years, mostly in Luxembourg, France, Switzerland, and Germany. We have both encountered too many IT solutions over our careers that have fallen short of expectations and even increased complexity inside the firm. Early in the new millennium, CRM, a new innovative IT solution, emerged. We have been captivated by customer relationship management's ease of use and commercial potential. We made the decision to establish Up Consulting in order to promote and provide effective CRM solutions to the Luxembourg market in order to assist firms in achieving their sales, marketing, and service development objectives.
